Full Tilt Pokers FTOPS VII Announced

Full Tilt Poker has just announced it will be hosting the next in its line of the Full Tilt Online Poker Series (FTOPS). The FTOPS VII will start on Feb 6th and will be the first for 2008.

This will be the biggest of the events so far with 20 scheduled poker tournaments, over three times as many as the very first FTOPS. This event will feature a plethora of events including Omaha, Razz, Stud, Texas Holdem, Omaha H/L and more.

The main event, a $500+$35 buy-in no limit Texas holdem tournament, will feature a guaranteed prize pool of $2 million. In the last event fkscreennames won $385,937 while outlasting 4,371 poker players.

For the third time this event will have a two day $2,500+$120 poker tournament. This poker tournament has quickly become the tournament to play in and win. Aaron Bartley, Steve Billirakis and John Juanda hosted the last event.

Full Tilt is full of some of the greatest poker players in the world and each take a turn sponsoring an event. The sponsors for the upcoming FTOPS VII have yet to be announced but you can count on seeing Clonie Gowen, Chris Ferguson, Phil Ivey, Erick Lindgren, Jennifer Harman and many more.

Each tournament winner wins the Full Tilt Poker gold jersey avatar to use on the site and of course a piece of the guaranteed $10 million dollars in guaranteed prize money over the 13 days and 20 events.
